The new KEF Home Theatre 3005SE

Clearly an evolution of the award winning 3000 Series, the new SE is the latest version of the iconic ‘egg’ Home Theatre system, updated to provide an even stronger audio performance with improved clarity and detail for the higher frequencies and improved brightness and dynamics to the bass.

The revolutionary Uni-Q® array has been enhanced by the addition of an ingenious ‘Tangerine’ waveguide which has both increased the sensitivity of the audio and improved the sound dispersion even further, ensuring everyone enjoys the same breathtaking performance, where ever they are sitting in the room.

Both the satellite and centre channels have improved clarity thanks to further adjustments to the tweeters in each and the result is an even richer and sensationally detailed sound quality. To complete the audio development of the whole system, the HTB2SE subwoofer has also received some adjustments and now delivers an even brighter, dynamic and impressively deep and clear bass.

The 3000 Series remains one of the most attractively designed and high performing home theatre systems available and maintains all of the qualities that were acclaimed from the original – cast aluminium rigid cabinets to minimise internal resonance, unique KEF Sealed Suspension TechnologyTM (SST) to ensure consistent sound quality at higher volumes and, of course, the beautifully shaped loudspeakers themselves are finished in the lustre of high gloss.
