Designed as the most dynamic solution for iPod and iPhone, the VSX-1019AH
features a universal front panel USB port that provides direct plug-and-play
enjoyment of all tracks stored on your iPod or iPhone, without the
need for a docking station (an iPod/iPhone video and USB audio cable
is included).
The audio connection is digital, which guarantees transfer without
intermediate digital-to-analogue, analogue-to-digital conversions;
what you hear is pure.
When playing music from your iPhone, iPod or other MP3 player,
you are guaranteed an enhanced sound. The Advanced Sound Retriever,
which ‘upscales’ the quality of compressed audio to closely
match the original source, and the Auto Level Control, which compensates
for volume fluctuations between songs or sources, both work to deliver
a dynamic and full sound.
The VSX-1019AH receiver is able to decode the latest high definition
audio formats and upscales video sources to 1080p, as well as x.v.Colour
and Deep Colour for vibrant, lifelike colours with smooth gradient
transitions.
When connected to a Blu-ray player via HDMI, the VSX-1019AH uses
a proprietary PQLS technology for a jitterless transmission, resulting
in high-quality sound.
The receiver has an intuitive and fresh-looking GUI (Graphical
User Interface), giving you quick and easy access to the functions
you need.
