Whether you’re watching HDTV, a Blu-ray disc,
or listening to music from your iPod or a USB memory
stick, the 1017AV amplifies pure, precise audio and video.
The 1017AV provides crystal-clear playback of 1080p signals
via HDMI (version 1.3) , making it an ideal component for
full high definition home entertainment.
You can also connect a USB memory stick to the front of the amplifier
and listen to compressed audio files; the system will automatically
enhance and virtually restore rich sound (this is because of our
unique Sound Retriever technology).
The 1017AV is fully ready for iPod; both audio, photo and
video. All that you need to do is connect and play (a connection
cable is not included in the UK).
Optimised audio, suited to your home
The 1017AV includes our unique 5-band MCACCsystem,
which stands for Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration. At the touch
of a button, the MCACC will optimally tune the amplifier to the
size of your living room space and speaker placement. The result
sounds like a professional recording engineer has fine-tuned
your system.
Flexible speaker placement
The 1017AV includes a ‘Front Stage Surround Advance’
feature. What this means is that you have the option to place
your speakers in the traditional 5.1 surround setting around your
living room, or alternatively place them alongside your television.
This is ideal if you have limited space, or don’t
necessarily want an “invasion” of electronics equipment
around the room.
