Just a quick note to complete my thanks.

I collected my order from the distribution centre yesterday and set the system up last night. Even though I've not yet properly positioned the speakers the performance is fantastic for the price. Crisp detailed sound on CD and amazingly good DAB and FM reception with the aerials provided - even in our poor reception area. The 2020 speakers give a rich, deep sound with particularly good bass and clear, precise presentation of the vocals.

I received my new Silver Denon F107 System today and just wanted to say thank you for getting it out to me so quickly.

I had no DAB problems with this set and it picked up 47 stations within a minute or so straight out of the box with a very good signal strength too. and it looks fantastic too, much nicer looking than black.

With the Wharfedale Diamond 10.1 speakers the system sound superb, though admittedly it lacks a little something in depth that my Nad C350 amp has in comparison with the same speakers but not really an issue as it still sounds better than most small units I have heard for a similar price, and a very worthy replacement for my current full sized heavy seperates.

I will Definitely recommended this set up anyone, and will also recommend Weymouth HiFi's service and prices as second to none.

Just to let you know the cables were delivered this morning, which is a super fast turnaround. Apologies for not letting you know straight away, but I wanted to try them out first. Absolutely amazing, and well worth the wait.

I have no idea what happened first time around. The packaging indicates failed delivery on the Saturday 22nd May. I can remember thinking there might be a half chance of receiving them on that day and being slightly disappointed when the postman bypassed my house completely. I also remember checking every day since, until first contacting you the following Thursday.

Anyway, thank you for your communications around this and for returning the cables.
I still can't get over the difference they have made - I can not only hear the bass notes more clearly, but also 'feel' them.

I also wanted to let you know that I fully appreciate that the problems were not of your making, and certainly do not hold you responsible for the difficulties in resolving this issue; and I am grateful for your no-quibble approach to the refund.

I cannot understand how Roberts can release goods which clearly would not have passed even basic testing; maybe, as you suggest, the colour has something to do with it!

I will certainly not let this affair colour my opinion of Weymouth HiFi, and look forward to possibly doing business with you in the future.

I have just packaged and organised return of two pairs of interconnects - should be with you tomorrow (recorded delivery).

As you may have anticipated, the items that should easily find their way back to you are...yes, the Navigators.

I have decided that the Opus and Titan All CU cables were just too good pass up - a good investment IMHO. That's not to say that the Navigators were a poor product, but obviously the Titans take the performance that extra bit further and the Merlin Chopin cables I already have are as near as dammit like-for-like performers (as the Navigators) on my system.

So, many thanks for allowing me the opportunity to try out the various cables. The good news is for you is that I'm keeping the most expensive products ;o)

You can take it as read that the returned items are a) still in excellent condition and b) well run-in. I hope they find a good home elsewhere.

Please credit my card accordingly in due course.

Needless to say, I will keep an eye on your website and am not averse to email updates. I mentioned Weymouth Hi-Fi several times in threads on the What Hi-Fi forum, so hope at least a few readers may have visited (and may even have purchased) as a result. ;o)

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service, got the V-LPS I ordered on Saturday today. I was using an X-LP but one of the outputs packed in and I decided it was probably uneconomical to get it fixed, I decided to get the V-LPS as a stop gap until I could afford something more upmarket.

I have to say I'm somewhat shocked by the performance of the V-LPS for the price and shan't need to upgrade for some time now, certainly hearing more info than I was before, I'm a happy bunny!! I'll certainly be recommending the product and yourselves to others.

Entering the presets wasn't the most intuitive process, so it took a while to get it up and running. When I'd finally got the hang of it, I sat down and listened to Bartok's Concerto for Orchestra. Not my favourite piece of music but it was great to wallow in the fantastic sound! My wife is really pleased too. The excellent FM is useful particularly for vintage recordings.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, delivery was quick, the unit is brilliant and the price was the cheapest I'd seen on the internet.
